Calculate target heart rate and demonstrate use during exercise.
Demonstrate proper equipment usage, various forms of exercise, and general safety principles.
Utilize apps and other online fitness tools to report workout hours.
Measure changes in body composition, strength, and aerobic capacity.
Demonstrate progressive incresae in workload.
Demonsrate progress in reaching goals outlined in a customized workout plan.
